Computer Science at PPIU | Spring Microservices at ISTAD

I am a dedicated computer science student at PPIU, passionate about technology and problem-solving. I have completed Full Stack Web Development at ISTAD, gaining hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies. I have also completed Spring Microservices at ISTAD, where I deepened my skills in building scalable and distributed systems. I am constantly exploring new tools and frameworks to create modern, responsive, and efficient web applications. With a strong interest in software development and a commitment to continuous learning, I am eager to contribute to real-world projects and grow as a developer.

Projects

  1. ISTAD Insight

ISTAD Insight is a web platform for managing and accessing ISTAD learning services through a modern, user-friendly interface. The system centralizes key academic and training workflows, including program information, course resources, announcements, and learner activities, so users can easily find what they need in one place. It is designed to improve communication, reduce manual processes, and provide a smoother digital experience for both students and staff across daily learning operations.

  2. Bakong API Integration

A Spring Boot project demonstrating how to integrate with the Bakong Open API and KHQR SDK — Cambodia's official QR payment system developed by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). This project covers generating KHQR payment QR codes, rendering scannable QR images, and verifying transactions using the Bakong Java SDK.

  3. exSTAD

exSTAD is an innovative learning management system solution to facilitate course management and educational content delivery to scholarship and short course programs. exSTAD key features include the ability to create and organize training program, centralize course materials, manage user roles and enrollments, track learner progress and generate detailed reports.

  4. Fluent Flow

Fluent-Flow is an innovative English learning platform designed specifically for Khmer learners. With bilingual support (English & Khmer), interactive lessons, and AI-powered assistance, users can improve their English skills through engaging exercises, videos, and infographics.

Education

  1. Institute of Science and Technology Advanced Development (ISTAD)

    Professional Training Program

    • Spring Microservices Architecture: Focused on designing event-driven systems with Kafka for asynchronous communication, message streaming, and decoupled service collaboration, alongside core patterns such as API Gateway, Service Discovery, Config Server, and Circuit Breaker. Applied observability practices using Grafana, Loki, Alloy, Spring Actuator, Micrometer, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.

    • Full-Stack Web Development: Built end-to-end applications using Spring Boot, React.js, Next.js, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Keycloak.

    • Web Development Foundations: Developed strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, React.js, and Java.

  2. Phnom Penh International University (PPIU)

    Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), where I am building a strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and software engineering. Through coursework and hands-on projects, I continue to strengthen my problem-solving ability and practical development skills for real-world software challenges.
